In particular in the areas of oncological rehabilitation and post-hospital curative treatment (referred to in the German medical insurance catalogue of services as AHB) we bear great responsibility. Quality is therefore rule number one at our clinic. Only the greatest care and highest standards in our health services can do justice to your special situation in life.

Certified Quality

2007 - Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

2008 and 2009 - Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 by the company BSI Management-Systems. BSI is one of the first certification company with its main emphasis on the health care system.

Quality assurance through the German Pension Insurance (DRV). In a peer review process external appraisers evaluate the quality of the entire rehabilitation process on the basis of discharge summaries.

In 2008 and 2009 our clinic was awarded the RAL Seal of Quality for Nutrition and Whole Foods by the German Registered Association for Quality Control of Diet and Whole Foods.

The goals of our quality management system are:

the high-quality further development of our rehabilitation services, individually tailored to the needs of each patient - and of course according to the specifications of the pension funds and medical insurances.

  • Weekly patient forums with the leading doctors and the administrative executives
  • Patient questionnaires upon admission and discharge
  • Evaluation of the patient questionnaires within the team
  • Regular, weekly team meetings
  • Weekly medical case reviews
  • Consultations with the primary care physicians and specialists 1 - 6 months after discharge from rehabilitation
  • Work in quality circles with the goal of continuous optimization of all processes
  • Regular, internal and external further education and training
